Narasimha Murthy R is the EVP of Sales at Kinara Capital, where he leads the company’s sales efforts. His key responsibilities include providing leadership and strategic direction to the business’s overall Sales program including securing new customers, expanding opportunities within the current customers through delivering new digital product offerings and maintaining the quality portfolio.

With 24 years of extensive experience in retail banking and financial services, he has successfully led sales and distribution for various products and segments, including MSME unsecured lending and term loans. Prior to joining Kinara, he served as Chief Sales Officer at Axio, where he managed MSME business loans and personal loans, and built a profitable AUM of INR 2500+ crores. His tenure at Janalakshmi Financial Services saw significant expansion in sales and team building for MSME loans. He also held impactful leadership positions at Barclays Bank and Indiabulls Financial Services, focusing on sales optimization and strategic growth. His accomplishments include developing and managing products, strategizing and executing effective channel strategies, business development, and building high-performing field and telesales teams leveraging the latest technology.

He holds a PGDBM from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a Bachelor of Business Management from Bengaluru University.
