Anuradha is the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Kinara Capital where she is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management framework and providing strategic guidance to minimize the impact of enterprise risks on the organization.

With a career spanning 25+ years, Anuradha has extensive experience in the domain of corporate strategy and planning, enterprise risk management, and compliance. She has a proven track record of success in establishing policies, processes, and systems; risk appetite frameworks; conducting assessments; and implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets and enhance business resilience. Her accomplishments include setting up risk management information systems and monitoring frameworks, as well as risk dashboards across multiple organizations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing overall risk management efficiency. Prior to joining Kinara Capital, her professional journey spanned roles at a number of organizations including the Murugappa Group, Equitas Small Finance Bank, and Hinduja Housing Finance.

Anuradha holds an MBA in Finance from the Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR) Chennai and is a rank holder. She has completed her certificate program in Advanced Analytics for Management with IIM Ahmedabad, and Risk Management from National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM).
