Job Responsibilities:
Project Management
-
Create, maintain and monitor project plans. Ensure project deadlines are met
-
Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information
-
Undertake project tasks and provide administrative support as required
-
Liaise with internal/external Delivery Teams/Tech Partners for planning and implementation of projects as per agreed scope
-
Use Project Management tools to monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
-
Ensure projects adhere to Project Management framework. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
-
Ensure that project needs are met as the project evolves
-
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. Monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders
-
Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to all stakeholders
-
Prepare necessary presentation material for meetings
-
Document and follow-up on actions and decisions from meetings
-
Guide, coach and handhold the project resources and stakeholders in order to familiarise with the new methods, tools and techniques through Online/Offline interactive sessions
Delivery
-
Act as Scrum Master to review and monitor project progress, review and coordinate for resolution of issues/roadblocks/showstoppers.

Lead and manage various sessions – requirement gathering, design/solution planning, UAT, Release etc.
-
Be involved and engaged through Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and own requirement management end to end from initiation through closure
-
Plan and execute release management process
-
Own and manage all project and release documentation for audits
Policies & Procedures
-
Process Change Requests raised by departments for New/Revision of Policies
-
Liaise with Department Heads for periodic update/revision of policies and procedures
General
-
Standardization of data, collation and periodic submission of Dashboards reports/presentation materials to management
-
Other tasks relevant for coordination by PMO Dept
Other Requirements

Flexible to work extended hours during emergencies and unforeseen situations
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Business, Technology, or related field
-
Proven 5-7 years of Project Management experience (Lead or Coordinator)
-
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle
-
PMP Certification will be an added advantage
