Job Responsibilities:
Core Delivery:

Being a part of various call campaigns that will be assigned from time to time based on the business needs.

Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction relating to Repayment reminders, welcome calls, regular follow-ups, etc.

Using CRM to access the details of customers.
-
Pre disbursement Tele verification/guiding the customers through every step of the loan processing.
-
Repayment reminder and follow-up with the customers.
-
Experience in attending to customer/internal emails.
-
Bounce collection and Bounce reduction
Reports:
-
Maintaining and preparing reports daily, performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

Following the policies to ensure proper customer service
-
Lead generation and promoting our products from time to time.
Qualifications:
-
Education: Graduate in any field (Freshers)
-
Work Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in Call center/Chat/email process Age: Aged below 35 yrs.
Other Requirements:
-
Multi-lingual. Should at least speak Marathi, Hindi and any 1 South Indian language. Basic English is mandatory.
