Subramanya Naik joined Kinara in 2021, driven by his aspirations for career advancement. He was initially interested in the company’s profile and innovative concept, as well as the growth potential he saw in the organization, especially given the boom in the Fintech sector.
He was first drawn to Networking as a subject while he was pursuing his Engineering degree, and his alignment with his field was further solidified when he was offered the role of Network Engineer here. Today, he plays an integral part as Senior Infrastructure Engineer in the Infra and Security department at Kinara.
During his tenure at Kinara, Subramanya has cultivated a diverse skill set, including technical prowess, efficient time management, problem-solving, and effective communication. He also helped in the development of the web application for the Infra team. He considers this to be his best experience at the company and is thankful for the fact that he has enjoyed diverse tasks and ample learning opportunities at Kinara from day one.

He also harbours a strong desire to explore the enchanting Northeast of India, a region brimming with diverse cultures, breathtaking vistas, and unexplored treasures waiting to be discovered.
