In his role as Regional Sales Manager, he helped pull things together and build the entire front-end team nearly from scratch increasing sales by 500% in the region. This has been a very enriching experience for him, and one that established his acumen as a professional. He manages teams and guides people to excel in their roles while ensuring that the portfolio of the region remains high in quality.
Anjanikumar takes a great deal of pride in how many small businesses have been helped and how far the team has come under his guidance. In his role as Regional Sales Manager, he handles close to 50 people, helping them to manage their tasks and goals.

Anjanikumar loves spending quality time with his family, and together, they like to travel. They are especially fond of visiting pilgrimage spots, which have such rich history and heritage to offer, as well as spiritual healing.
He is also an expert home cook, who steps into the kitchen to rustle up healthy and tasty dishes like poha quite often. To him, even making a cup of tea is an art that should be given the time and attention it deserves, to serve up a delicious, steaming cup of classic chai.
