Abdul Rahiman Shaik is working with Kinara Capital as Divisional Credit Head in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. He holds 15 years of experience in similar fields and has put all his expertise in his work. Abdul has been handling the Amravati and Vizag region for four years now, he also has handled the Telangana and Rayalaseema region for 3 years.
While Abdul talks about his best experience in Kinara adding about his customer interactions, he mentions a customer from Vijayawada who trades in automobile parts and how he sanctioned his 3 loans which helped him grow his business resulting in increased turnover.
His another best experience with a customer is a small gift shop owner in Vizag, who from a very small shop has grown a lot since his loan from Kinara, interesting fact about the customer is that he is also the first customer to avail the loan against property (LAP), a new lending scheme launched by Kinara Capital.
Abdul likes the experience when his customers repay the monthly installments on time and create a happy environment for all other customers to reach Kinara. He praises the freedom that they have while evaluating the customers with policies and processes which are transparent and easy to follow.
While sharing his views, Abdul mentions the work culture in Kinara Capital and how all the departments function together towards the vision and mission of the company. He likes how transparent the goal setting environment is and the employee-oriented management is. Abdul exclaims his love for Kinara by adding, “I’m really glad to be a part of Kinara Capital. When asked about his hobbies and interests Abdul says that he likes playing badminton and watching movies when he has free time. Traveling is another interest that he has, which he definitely does when he has longer time.
The famous Burj Khalifa in Dubai is Abdul’s favorite destination, he would love to visit it when he gets a chance.
