Krishnan Kutty joined Kinara Capital in 2017 as a loan officer. He was promoted to Branch Manager at the Tirupur location in 2020 after three years due to his persistence and diligence. He enjoys dealing with customers and learning new things from his seniors, which has actually helped him improve and quickly land a senior role.
Krishnan Kutty stated that he had a wonderful experience at Kinara in the previous five years. When we asked him to share one of his most memorable moments while working at Kinara, he recalled a time when he assisted a client—the owner of Dhilkrish Garments—in expanding his business. The company manufactured T-shirts in its units. In 2017, he approached Krishnan Kutty and borrowed Rs. 5 lakh. He expanded his small business with the loan’s assistance, which allowed him to create job opportunities for many workers.
Krishnan Kutty loves travelling and enjoys visiting Ooty. He chooses to go there anytime he needs to unwind a little. He claims that he feels quite rejuvenated while hiking in the Masinagudi hills. Other than outings, he also likes music, especially Ilayaraja and A.R. Rahman hits.

I have been able to grow very quickly at this company, and over time, my leadership qualities have evolved and become stronger. Now I thoroughly enjoy managing my team and helping them excel.”
