For Megha Rao, our Trainer from Bengaluru, her gift for seamless interactions and content development has turned out to be the perfect tool for her role at Kinara. She joined Kinara’s Talent Development team as a trainer in 2020. After being recommended for the job, she was convinced that this was the perfect work environment for her after interacting with a few senior members of the team. She realized that a fast-evolving company like Kinara, which implements new tools and technologies on an ongoing basis, presented very exciting opportunities for her. Now she is involved in the content development process and conducts training sessions for the Maharashtra and Gujarat regions.
As a talent development professional she has a keen understanding of Kinara’s mission and objectives and ensures that the training and development programs align with these goals. By doing so, she helps employees develop the skills and knowledge that the company needs to achieve its strategic objectives.
Megha’s strength lies in her willingness to deep dive into subjects to prepare high-quality content for training modules. She also brings a dash of creativity to the process to keep things interesting. Her motto, which she picked up from our head of Human Capital Management, Gracy, is to take the trainees from a place of not knowing about something to knowing all about it. She herself has gone through this exact process to learn the ins and outs of how things work at Kinara, and now she uses her acumen to help others excel.
She shares, “The best thing about being a Trainer is that you get to meet so many different people and talk to them at length. I take a great deal of pride and pleasure in coming up with modules that go on to become hits, and do their job, which is to get the trainees up to speed about the subject, and ready to take on any challenge. Kinara is a great place to work, and as someone who often works from home, I get an overwhelming amount of support from not only my own team but also the other teams I work with, including the field teams from Maharashtra and Gujarat. I’m a happy employee, thanks to Kinara!”
Megha is a nature lover who revels in the beauty of everything from the rain and rainbows to animals and birds. She stays connected with nature by taking care of her aquatic animals and feeding the birds whenever she can. She’s not the biggest fan of traveling, but wouldn’t mind taking off for Nepal to find some peace, if given the chance.
She’s trained in astrological studies, and is keen on continuing her research on the subject.
