Guna’s Journey at Kinara
Guna joined Kinara capital in the year 2017 as a customer support officer. He has been a part of Team Kinara for the past 5 years. Being an introvert himself, this has given him the chance to come out of his shell as he continued interacting with customers.
After being in this field for 5 years, he now enjoys interacting with people and learning about different business enterprises along the way, and interacting has become a favourite thing about his job. Kinara Capital is the first company Guna has worked in and it has given him a lot of opportunity to learn and explore. During his work he has gained a lot of knowledge from customers which has given him an insight about the way the world functions.

Working in a customer support department mainly involves solving queries and helping them understand the products and services offered by the company. It also involves assisting the customers through any other producers or processes involved. As for Guna, when a customer reaches again and asks to speak to him, it helps him assess how far he has come in his professional journey. Everytime he solves a query, it is a happy moment for him and he believes he somehow made a contribution in helping a business entrepreneur to avail an MSME loan.
Interests and Hobbies
When asked about his hobbies, Guna told us that he loves writing short stories and also enjoys story-telling. In his free time, he spends watching movies and TV shows with interesting plots. He was awestruck by the beauty of England after watching the famous TV show Peaky blinders and plans to visit England soon.
He shares, "I really enjoy my customer interactions and doing my part in making the process smooth for them. I have a lot of customers who ask for me personally when they call us back because we've established a good equation. It's really a matter of a great deal of pride and happiness for me when that happens. Kinara has given me the opportunity to master people skills and come into my own as a professional. I'm very happy to be part of the organization.”
