Hardika brings nearly 20 years of management consulting experience across multiple industries (Government, Financial Services, Insurance, High Tech) and across borders (US, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, UK, Sweden and India). Hardika has led teams of 200+, managed budgets of $50+M, and assisted and delivered sales of $100+M over the course of her career at Accenture. Hardika also has a decade of involvement in the social entrepreneurship field through her work with Santa Clara University, Stanford University, Accenture Development Partnerships, the Acumen Fund and she also led the Social Enterprise-West Program for Columbia Business School. Hardika Shah has been recognized as a leading social entrepreneur for her tremendous efforts of disrupting the traditional lending model in India: she received the Sankalp Social Enterprise Award for Financial Inclusion in 2013 and she was named an Ashoka Fellow in 2014.
