Vinaya Shetty joined Kinara as a fresher in 2018 after learning that the company was one of the youngest and fastest-growing NBFCs, with significant opportunities for young professionals like her. She was hired as an executive in the Legal Department because of her legal degree.
Vinaya quickly grasped the ins and outs of her profession and worked her way up to the position of deputy manager. She is now in charge of providing legal advice and support to the organization, including interpreting and advising on laws and regulations, analyzing contracts and agreements, handling litigation and disputes, and ensuring legal compliance. She and her team are also in charge of monitoring and defending the organization’s legal risks and interests.

Vinaya is a huge horror fan! She loves to sit down to a scary movie or a good crime thriller in her time off. The rush of adrenaline that comes from a good jump scare or great supernatural storyline is something she can’t pass up on. She also loves listening to melodious tracks when she has the time.
She has a pet dog named Boxxyy, who keeps her engaged and entertained at all times. Vinaya likes to spend time with him, playing and petting her lovely furry friend. Kanyakumari is her favourite destination, and she is eagerly waiting for an opportunity to visit the beautiful location.
