Suresh S Menasinakai has been with Kinara for over 5 years, having joined as an officer in 2017. Today, he’s the Regional Credit Head of Hubli, Karnataka, having climbed up the ranks over time. As Kinara has grown, so has the scope of his role and responsibilities.
In his current role, he handles a variety of responsibilities, the primary one being credit underwriting and maintaining a good portfolio for his region. Aside from this, he also takes on everything from carrying out loan utilization checks to training new loan officers before they venture out into the field. He enjoys the customer interaction part of his job the most, getting to know various different entrepreneurs and understanding their businesses on the daily.
Suresh takes great pride in the fact that he is responsible for underwriting the loans and providing deserving business owners with the capital they need to grow. His most cherished experience at Kinara was when he visited a customer to inspect his business for a Working capital Loan, and upon noticing that their machinery needed an update, suggested that they take an Asset Purchase Loan. The customer agreed, and that loan transformed their business, with improved operations and increased cash flow!

I juggle various tasks and have the satisfaction of knowing that I have been instrumental in helping MSME entrepreneurs reach their goals. I don’t consider myself a manager. Instead, I’m a trainer and a guide for the members of my team. I’m very passionate about my job.”
As he has grown as a professional, Suresh has come to understand the importance of maintaining a good work-life balance and finding healthy ways to stay centered. He makes time to relax his body and mind by doing Yoga every morning. It helps him manage stress and keeps him fit. He also likes to play sports when he gets the time.
