Sagar KN joined Kinara Capital at the company’s Head Office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, about a year ago. He was a fresher when he joined, having been recruited off his campus. When the opportunity to join Kinara arose, he looked up the company’s profile online and realised that the fast-growing Fintech aligned with his career goals.
Within the short time that he has been at the company, he has had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, both as an individual and as a part of a great team. This has helped him sharpen his technical and functional skills and excel at his job. As a Quality Analyst, he interacts with various teams and vendors to ensure that the quality of the projects he is assigned is maintained, that they are error-free, and satisfy the business requirements. His team undertakes rigorous testing to ensure that optimal results are delivered when the project is completed.
Sagar’s role as a Quality Analyst involves examining the ins and outs of a project across the timeline. This means he interacts with a variety of people involved in different stages of the project designing and building process. As a result of this, he takes up new and evolving tasks with each project, which keeps him on his toes and gives him a chance to learn something new every day, which he loves to do. As a hardworking young professional who is keen to learn, Sagar has found the perfect fit at Kinara.

Sagar’s favourite destinations are Ladakh and Norway. He loves the mountains, and at every chance he gets, he packs his bags and takes off for an adventure in the hills. He also enjoys exploring forests. Norway is on his list because he cherishes the idea of camping under the Northern Lights at night, watching the astounding play of light and colours overhead.
When he doesn’t have enough downtime to go biking in the mountains, Sagar also enjoys kicking back and watching a good movie or two.
