Reema now handles two teams, managing customer collections, and loan repayment. She has been able to guide her teams to resolve queries in a timely manner, earning her a lot of appreciation from her own team, as well as the senior management. Reema’s favourite destination is Kedarnath. The snow-clad mountains of the beloved destination hold a special appeal for her.
