His dedication and exceptional performance in the field led to a well-deserved promotion, and he now serves as the branch head.
Now he manages a 9-member team, helping field officers handle customer-related issues while also providing assistance with personal and professional matters. His responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from overseeing cold calls and connecting with potential customers to managing collections and ensuring that customers fully understand the details of their transactions. He also enjoys his role in training new members, guiding them through data analysis, customer interaction, login procedures, document collection, and professional conduct. One of Kishore’s most notable work experiences was successfully achieving the sales target of Rs. 7.3 lakhs. His performance garnered recognition from his managers, earning him the prestigious Best Performer award.
