Job Responsibilities:

Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary

Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
-
Leverage multi-channel technology solutions to deliver training and communication to the organization
-
Identify the best method for delivery of training programs – in person, train the trainer, videos, online, in-app solutions etc.

Work with technology team to develop and deliver best in class technical solution that meets the needs
-
Develop a multi-lingual employee engagement program/retention programs
-
Assess areas of improvement that are leading to attrition
-
Develop strategies and programs to attract and retain talent in the organization

Team Management and Collaboration
-
Manage head office and field office resources to deliver the goals of the department
-
Collaborate with various department heads and employees in 2 developing unique and effective training solutions specific to the different departments

Build and Maintain relationships with vendors and consultants for specialized outsourced programs
-
Deliver team performance within budget
Qualifications:
-
Work Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years experience

Education: MBA

Develop a Career Development Program for the Company

Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers

Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations

Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions

Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
-
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills
-
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
-
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
-
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
-
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)

Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals Good computer and database skills
