Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary

  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs

  • Leverage multi-channel technology solutions to deliver training and communication to the organization

  • Identify the best method for delivery of training programs – in person, train the trainer, videos, online, in-app solutions etc.

  • Work with technology team to develop and deliver best in class technical solution that meets the needs

  • Develop a multi-lingual employee engagement program/retention programs

  • Assess areas of improvement that are leading to attrition

  • Develop strategies and programs to attract and retain talent in the organization

  • Team Management and Collaboration

  • Manage head office and field office resources to deliver the goals of the department

  • Collaborate with various department heads and employees in 2 developing unique and effective training solutions specific to the different departments

  • Build and Maintain relationships with vendors and consultants for specialized outsourced programs

  • Deliver team performance within budget


  • Work Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years experience

  • Education: MBA

Other Requirements:

  • Develop a Career Development Program for the Company

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers

  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations

  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions

  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them

  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)

  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals Good computer and database skills

  • Very Good in Excel, PPT & Data Analysis
